H.R. 3183, the Energy and Water Appropriations Act of 2010, is the first step in a three part process. The second step will send the bill to the Senate for debate and revision. When both House and Senate versions are agreed to, this bill will make available funds for various energy and water projects in the California’s 3rd Congressional District in 2010.
