    This week, Congresswoman Barbara Lee (D-CA) voted in opposition to H.R. 3326, the Department of Defense Appropriations Act for FY 2010, which passed the House by a vote of 400-30. The Defense Appropriations Act provides $636 billion for national defense programs, overseas deployments and other activities.
