I’m Speaker Nancy Pelosi. I’m the Speaker of the House and I also represent the 8th District of California (San Francisco). Thank you for visiting my site. I hope that you find politics as fun as I do.

There are all sorts of things to learn about our government, from how a bill becomes a law to what it’s really like to be a Member of Congress. Every day Members of Congress are working to make sure that your neighborhood is safe and clean, that your school has the best teachers and supplies, and that you have good doctors and dentists to keep you healthy. As a mom and a grandma, I am committed to making sure you have every opportunity imaginable.
